One fee. Once a year. That's it.
Every other pet sitting site in Australia makes more money the more you use it. We make exactly the same whether you do one sit or fifty — so we've got no reason to stand between you and the person you're talking to.

Fair questions
How do you make money if you don't take a cut?
The membership fee is the whole business. That's deliberate — it means we're paid for making a good match, not for taking a slice of your arrangement. It also means we've got no incentive to hide phone numbers or force payments through us.
Do you hold the money or handle payments?
No. You and the sitter agree a price and settle it however you like — bank transfer, cash, whatever suits. No payout delays, no chargebacks, no "pending" balance for a fortnight.
Then who's responsible if something goes wrong?
You are — both of you. We're a noticeboard that introduces people, not an agency that employs sitters. That's why we push hard on meet-and-greets, written vet details, and sitters carrying their own insurance. It's the honest version of what the big sites are actually doing anyway.
What if there aren't any sitters in my suburb yet?
Very likely at first — we're new. Post the sit anyway (it's free) and it'll be the first thing sitters in your area see when they join. If we can't help you in 30 days, we'll refund the membership.
Is it cheaper for a one-off sit?
Honestly, if you need one sitter once and never again, a commission site might cost you less. Membership pays for itself the second time you use it — and much faster if you're the sitter.
Can I be both an owner and a sitter?
Yes, on the one membership. Plenty of people mind a neighbour's dog and need someone for their own cat at Christmas.
