What we collect

Your name, email address, password (stored only as a salted hash — we never see it), and anything you choose to put on your profile: suburb, postcode, phone number, photos, rates, availability and biography. We also store the messages you send through the site and the reviews you write.

Why we collect it

To run the service: to show your profile to other members, to let members contact each other, and to manage your membership. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Who can see what

Your name, suburb, state, profile content and reviews are public. Your email address and phone number are shown only to logged-in members — that's the point of the membership. Your password and payment details are never visible to anyone, including us.

Where it's stored

On Cloudflare infrastructure, with the primary database located in the Asia-Pacific (Oceania) region. Some data may be processed overseas as part of Cloudflare's global network.

Cookies

One cookie, to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies, no third-party analytics that follow you around.

Access, correction and deletion

You can edit your profile at any time from your dashboard. To get a copy of your data or have your account and personal information deleted, email us and we'll do it within 30 days.
